1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Alpaca Rantiykuy platform, including the online store, user accounts, and all associated services. By creating an account, placing an order, or browsing the site, the user confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Account registration and management

To access features such as placing orders or viewing purchase history, you must create an account. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Each account is personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under their session. Alpaca Rantiykuy is not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence.

Account activation requires email verification via the code sent at the time of registration. Unverified accounts will not be able to complete orders or access restricted features.

3. Purchase process and order confirmation

Registering an order on the platform constitutes a purchase request, not a binding contract. Alpaca Rantiykuy reserves the right to confirm, modify, or cancel any order based on actual stock availability, pricing errors, logistical issues, or any other justified circumstance. Final order confirmation is communicated to the customer by email or through the available support channels.

Customers must carefully review their order details (products, sizes, colors, shipping address) before confirming. Alpaca Rantiykuy is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

4. Prices, payments, and billing

All prices listed in the store are expressed in Peruvian soles (PEN) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice; the valid price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Yape, Plin, credit/debit card, and cash, subject to availability depending on the type of order. Payment must be made according to the instructions provided when coordinating the order.

5. Shipping and delivery times

Alpaca Rantiykuy ships nationwide through logistics partners such as Olva Courier, Shalom, and InDriver. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are communicated when coordinating the order and may vary depending on the recipient's location, service availability in the area, and external factors beyond the store's control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or public holidays. The standard delivery time within Peru is 2 to 7 business days from payment confirmation. For international shipments, terms are coordinated directly with the customer.

6. Exchanges, returns, and warranties

Alpaca Rantiykuy accepts exchange or return requests within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, provided it is in its original condition, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Exchanges and returns are not accepted for customized products, used garments, or final-sale items. Shipping costs related to the exchange or return are the customer's responsibility, unless the reason is a manufacturing defect or a store error. To initiate the process, the customer must contact Alpaca Rantiykuy through official channels before returning the product.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including texts, images, photographs, logos, designs, product descriptions, and source code, is the property of Alpaca Rantiykuy or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use for commercial purposes without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited. Use of the platform does not grant the user any rights to such content.

8. User conduct and account suspension

Users agree to use the platform lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with these terms. Attempting to breach system security, making fraudulent purchases, impersonating third parties, initiating unjustified chargebacks, posting fake reviews, or engaging in any conduct that harms the store or other users is strictly prohibited.

Alpaca Rantiykuy reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts immediately and without prior notice in the event of any serious breach or behavior that compromises the integrity of the platform. Suspension decisions are final and the store is not obligated to reactivate penalized accounts.

9. Limitation of liability

Alpaca Rantiykuy makes every effort to provide a quality service but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. The store is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss, system outages, or technical errors beyond its control.

10. Amendments to the terms

Alpaca Rantiykuy may review and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this section periodically. Continued use of the service following the publication of changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or enforcement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Lima, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
